The cats were very happy to see us, but we could tell that they were well taken care of while we were gone. Thanks again and I will definitely be calling you again in the near future. Our next trip is in July/August. We feel much better knowing that we have someone to depend on.

"I just wanted to let you know how Megan did while we were away. She was phenomenal, and we are still blown away at how beautifullly she took care of our beloved cats. It was clear that they loved her. No one ran away when we walked in, so that indicated they were totally comfortable. She was so thoughtful with the details; keeping the hall light on for us, knowing we'd be coming back late at night, and cleaning everything up. She totally did not have to do that (especially the scrubbing job when one of our guys threw up! But we appreciate it for sure!).
We are also floored at how she braved the weather and the nasty parking situation here in the apt. complex just to get here. The amount of ice and slush last night, even with temperatures well above freezing, only told of what she had to go through when the snow was piling up. I am going to give her a call shortly but I wanted to let you know that we are so thrilled with Megan, and I hope she stays on with you for a very long time. We are now considering short weekenders around the area since our son did well with traveling, and we will do so around Megan's schedule when the time comes, just so we can have her specifically taking care of the cats!"

 "I’ve been thoroughly impressed with care that Case by Case Pet Services has provided for Maggie and Bandito! You have no idea what a relief it is not to worry about them during the day. Katie has been fabulous! I know it is not easy to carry a 27 lb dog down a flight of stairs and to the grass, but Katie has been wonderful about the whole situation.
It’s nice to know that Bandito is in good hands. As soon as he gets better, he’s going to love spending more time with Katie. I know Maggie already does. The girl has been smiling from ear to ear since Monday....

In addition to caring for our 5 cats, one of which needs regular shots, they have cared for our 7 tanks of tropical fish, stray cats we have been in the process of rescuing, including tiny kittens. They have handled emergencies that have occurred while we have been away. It is so nice to not worry about our pets when we are away. The big test about the quality of care and loving attention they provide is: the cats come running to both Marcy and Sarah Faye when they come over to visit!"
